Working alongside experienced, high-caliber operators, we are bringing together technical strength, disciplined execution, and a shared commitment to unlocking long-term value. Our recent transactions in the basin reflect that commitment—from our agreement with Tecpetrol to acquire operated interests in the Los Toldos II Oeste block to our agreement with Pan American Energy to acquire non-operated interests in four additional Vaca Muerta blocks. Taken together, these investments broaden and deepen our position in one of the world’s most compelling shale plays and underscore our belief in its long-term strategic importance to our company.

Türkiye’s Diyarbakır Basin is an opportunity we are pursuing through a joint venture with established operating partners. As evaluation of the basin continues, we are contributing our expertise through a careful, disciplined approach consistent with how we pursue international opportunities.
