Diane Montgomery Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer

Diane joined Continental Resources in May 2012. She came to the company with 23 years of experience in Oil and Gas Planning, Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations.

Diane most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations for Chaparral Energy in Oklahoma City. Prior to her time at Chaparral, she was an employee with Anadarko Petroleum (formerly Kerr-McGee Corporation) for 18 years, serving in many roles including various accounting functions, systems implementations, tax, and corporate planning.

Since joining Continental, Diane has been promoted to increasing levels of responsibility and is currently responsible for overseeing Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Planning activities. Diane also serves as the Treasurer for the Continental Political Action committee. Diane is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants. She is an honor graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
